CHARITY & FUNDRAISING EVENTS
At Boing Entertainment, we feel it is important to assist and support events and fundraising in our local communities. We support schools in Droitwich, Worcester, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Stourport and Birmingham. We believe that our professional, uniformed staff and quality castles will be a great advantage to help your day be as successful as possible.
We recognise that fundraising and charity events can be organised on a very small scale, right up to an annual event that is large and well supported in the community, which is why we have a variety of packages to suit your needs.
OPTION ONE
We can supply a castle for your event and also uniformed staff to ensure safe play. We charge a set fee per 5 minutes play on the castle and donate a minimum of 30% of our total proceeds towards your fund or charity.
OPTION TWO
We supply the castle at a reduced rental rate and you supply your own staff to supervise the event. This option is particularly suitable for very small events where you wish for the children to be able to use the castle for free play.
OPTION THREE
We pay to set up at your event! For large events, where organisers would rather a specific contribution instead of a percentage of profits, we are able to offer a 'pitch' fee. With this option, we will also supply a member of staff therefore enabling your event to avail of a contribution, without any supervising worries or outlay costs. If your event is running a tombola or prize draw and you are using one of our packages, it is often possible for us to supply a prize or a free rental voucher, so please do not hesitate to let us know your needs so that we may meet and exceed your expectations.
